Join Ascendion as an Administrative Operations Manager and lead the way in optimizing business efficiency, collaboration, and productivity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing workplace solutions to drive employee satisfaction and operational excellence.

With 5-7 years of experience in Admin & Facility Management, preferably in administration function in a mid to large size ITES or Professional Services organization, you will oversee the management of facilities for multiple sites, including space management, cafeteria operations, transport, procurement, technical & soft services, and real estate operations.

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder management skills, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. You will be responsible for ensuring a healthy and hygienic operation of cafeterias through identified vendors, managing procurement, upkeep, maintenance, and efficient running of fleet vehicles, and formulating emergency evacuation procedures and crisis management plans.

You will also conduct facility audits as per checklists and ensure that work is completed as per requirement, act as an active member of the team responsible for arrangements for annual events, conferences, seminars, and other company events, update MIS of the Administration team, and day-to-day maintenance of data, maintain standards and inventories of fixed and capital assets, and oversee the inventory of housekeeping inventory (spares, stores, consumables etc.) and ensure required stock is always maintained at the facility.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing workplace solutions to optimize business efficiency, collaboration, and productivity

We offer a competitive salary package of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
