Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Chief of Staff who will be pivotal in driving strategic growth initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency within the leadership team, ensuring comprehensive OKR implementation, and assisting the founder with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, business development, strategic planning, and operational management. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Co-Founders and leadership team on company objectives, translating them into actionable workstreams Develop and communicate strategic road maps, corporate strategies, and business strategies Identify inefficiencies in existing processes, design improvements, and ensure these are rolled out effectively Lead or support cross-functional initiatives, setting timelines, milestones, and clear deliverables along with managing the orphan-functions in the organisation Lead, steer and facilitate the meetings with top management, understand the project planning, retrospective and backlog creation upon the different teams’ priorities, company strategy and vision Consolidate data from various sources to create dashboards and executive summaries Highlight trends, surface potential issues, and propose solutions for improvement. In addition, provide the leadership team with clear, actionable insights to inform decision-making. Support the development of frameworks that reinforce a high-performance culture—e.g., goal-setting, feedback loops, and recognition programs Tackle urgent or high-priority projects at short notice, using a combination of data analysis, stakeholder input, and creative thinking Qualifications: 8+ years of total experience with a minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting and 4+ years of experience into business operations, strategy, or a related role Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or similar experience is a plus Familiarity with Blockchain/Web3 domain is highly desirable Exposure to BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is beneficial Familiarity with Project Management tools and agile methodologies Excellent written and verbal skills; able to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
