Looking for AM/DM/Manager/Senior Manager for Kochi location

  1. Responsible for managing the operations seamlessly and timely SLA delivery along with maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction
  2. Insurance Sales (Health/Motor/Life)
  3. Establish & Manage Relationships / Engagement with the Clients.
  4. Oversight of team organizes resources, sets goals, call out strategy from Executives and client on a day to day basis, reporting responsibilities
  5. Managing day to day Sales targets (B2C Sales)
  6. To monitor and document the work schedule of staff and absences.
  7. Build strong partnership with the client by growing and nurturing the existing relationships to ensure operational cohesion & effective foundation for future growth
  8. Taking weekly and monthly calls with clients to understand the expectations from the teams and provided updates
  9. Ensure that all audit-related issues are brought to a close
  10. Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in process
  11. To be the Key contact for all problems and queries with specific business assigned.
  12. Take on special projects as per business need
  13. Action-Oriented, Integrity and Trust, Perseverance
  14. Command Skills, Problem Solving, Drive for results, Standing along and Directing Others
  15. Managing & measuring work
  16. Ability to handle sales pressure
  17. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  18. Strong external and management reporting skills

Skills Required-

  1. Candidate must have experinece into managing a telesales team of 120 to 150 people
  2. Candidate must have experience into managing contact center sales operations
  3. Candidate must be fluent in Malayalam and English
