Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations Manager will oversee and optimize sales processes, manage client relationships, and lead sales initiatives to support the growth of the company. This role requires expertise in sales operations, an understanding of event management and luxury decoration services, and a customer-centric approach to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales strategy, CRM systems, and sales performance analytics within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and expand client base.
Collaborate with marketing and event planning teams to align sales activities with promotional campaigns.
Create and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and targets.
2) Client Relationship Management
Oversee client interactions to ensure a seamless and positive experience from initial contact through project completion.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, needs, and feedback.
Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile or complex projects.
3) Operations & Coordination
Manage the sales pipeline and track performance through CRM systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Coordinate with the design, event planning, and logistics teams to ensure all elements align with client expectations.
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction, minimizing errors or delays in service delivery.
4) Sales Team Leadership
Train, motivate, and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and monitoring performance.
Conduct regular sales team meetings and provide feedback to drive accountability and high performance.
Lead efforts in talent acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing training for the sales team.
5) Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client demands.
Identify new revenue opportunities and recommend product or service enhancements based on market insights.
6) Reporting & Analytics
Develop and deliver sales performance reports, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
Monitor KPIs, including lead conversion rates, client retention, and revenue per client, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.
Use analytics to understand key sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years in sales operations, preferably within the event management or luxury services industry.
Skills:
Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a sales team.
