Job descriptionJob Title: AI Solution ArchitectLocation: ChennaiExperience: 12-19 yearsIndustry: Financial Services / IT ConsultingJob Summary-We are looking for a hands-on AI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions in the financial services domain. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to deliver complex PoCs while mentoring development teams.Key Responsibilities-- Architecture & Design:- Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions for use cases like fraud detection, risk scoring, customer analytics, and generative AI.- Define scalable, secure AI architectures integrating data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.- Select tools, frameworks, and platforms based on business needs.- Hands-On Development & PoCs:- Build and validate PoCs using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native services.- Rapidly prototype models and optimize for performance and compliance.- Implementation & Mentorship:- Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to standards.- Promote best practices in MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI.Required Qualifications- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.- 12-19 years in software development, with 4+ years in AI/ML/GenAI solutioning.- Strong Python programming and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, RBI guidelines).Preferred Skills- Exposure to LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and generative AI.- Strong problem-solving and design thinking skills.- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.- Certifications in AI/ML or cloud architecture are a plus.
