Job description Job Title: AI Solution Architect Location: Chennai Experience: 12-19 years Industry: Financial Services / IT Consulting Job Summary- We are looking for a hands-on AI Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions in the financial services domain. This role requires strong technical expertise, architectural vision, and the ability to deliver complex PoCs while mentoring development teams. Key Responsibilities- - Architecture & Design: - Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions for use cases like fraud detection, risk scoring, customer analytics, and generative AI. - Define scalable, secure AI architectures integrating data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring. - Select tools, frameworks, and platforms based on business needs. - Hands-On Development & PoCs: - Build and validate PoCs using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud-native services. - Rapidly prototype models and optimize for performance and compliance. - Implementation & Mentorship: - Guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to standards. - Promote best practices in MLOps, model governance, and responsible AI. Required Qualifications - Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. - 12-19 years in software development, with 4+ years in AI/ML/GenAI solutioning. - Strong Python programming and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow). - Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, RBI guidelines). Preferred Skills - Exposure to LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and generative AI. - Strong problem-solving and design thinking skills. - Excellent communication and client-facing abilities. - Certifications in AI/ML or cloud architecture are a plus.
