To prepare the bar area for service by compiling tasks specified on the opening/closing procedures Ensure all drinks are produced to the correct standard as specified in the bar manual To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the bar at all times To have a full knowledge of all products available To report any dangerous, damaged or faulty equipment to the Department Manager To observe fire and health and safety regulations at all times To work as part of a team towards efficiency in the bar ensuring it retains a friendly environment Any other ad hoc duties as directed by Management Creating and serving beverages Maintaining a clean and efficient bar. Dealing with complaints. Operating a bar station and controlling the flow of drinks Attend all training sessions as scheduled
