Avenir 3 D is a leading 3 D animation and rendering studio specializing in real estate visualization, architectural walkthroughs and immersive experiences. We’re seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team, streamline operations and help drive our next phase of growth.About the jobAVENIR is seeking a skilled Video Editor with a Minimum 4 years of experience in After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, video shoots, and Video Shoots/Cinematography, Direction.. The primary role is to create visually compelling video content that aligns with our brand vision and objectives, producing high-quality videos for various platforms to engage and inspire our audience.Ideal Profile2–5 years of experience in video editing and post-production management (agency or production house background preferred).Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, After Effects, and related tools.Knowledge of sound design, color grading, AI tools, VFX, and motion graphics.Proven ability to manage post-production teams and multiple projects simultaneously.Strong storytelling, pacing, and creative sense.Excellent communication and leadership skills.BenefitsCareer growth & learning opportunitiesTeam-building & fun work culturePerformance bonuses as per company policySkills Required:4+ years of video editing experience.Proficient with Adobe Suite - After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop.Strong conceptual thinking, video editing, Storytelling and design skills.Expertise in animation and motion graphics.Good understanding of Instagram, You Tube, Social Media, UGC and creative video ideas.Familiarity with computerized video editing applications and procedures.Proficiency in UGC Content Creation.Expertise in Instagram and You Tube Metrics and Algorithms.Good to Have’s:Familiarity with VFX is a Plus.Experience with Figma and Illustrator for design elements.Experience with 3 D Modelling & Animation and animation is a plus.BudgetOur budget for this job is in between Rs 3,00,000 to Rs 6,00,000 per annumHow to ApplyPlease send your resume and brief cover letter to with the subject line “Executive Assistant – Avenir 3 D.” We look forward to learning how your skills can contribute to our team
