Operations manager

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Altrone in Mumbai. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficiency and productivity within the organization. We are a group of Direct-to-Consumer (D2 C) brands , committed to delivering high-quality products that resonate with our customers. We pride ourselves on innovation, efficiency, and customer-centricity, and we’re looking for a talented Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and scaling our D2 C brands.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, order processing, and fulfillment.
Ensure smooth functioning of the e-commerce platform, collaborating with IT teams for maintenance and upgrades.
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
Monitor industry trends and adjust processes to stay competitive.
Process Management:
Design, evaluate, and improve operational systems to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal guidelines, and quality standards.
Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a diverse team of employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Set performance goals and monitor team progress.
Resource Management:
Oversee resource allocation, including budgeting, staffing, and technology.
Ensure the efficient use of resources to meet operational demands.
Problem-Solving:
Address operational challenges and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
Develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
Performance Monitoring:
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
Prepare and present reports to senior management.
Process Improvement:
Identify bottlenecks in operations and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Develop and refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) for scalability.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in operations management and process optimization
Knowledge of project management methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Experience in the ecommerce field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
