Travel Sales Executive (USA Process) Location: Noida / Work From OfficeShift: US Shift (Night Shift)Job Type: Full-timeAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Travel Sales Executive to join our USA travel process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling flight tickets, handling inbound/outbound travel inquiries, and closing high-value sales in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing calls from US customers regarding flight bookings, reservations, date changes, and cancellations.Sell flight tickets (domestic & international) using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).Provide the best available fares, alternative travel options, and upsell relevant services.Convert leads into successful bookings with high closing ratio .Ensure accuracy while issuing, reissuing, voiding, and refunding tickets.Maintain excellent customer service and deliver a professional experience.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Keep up-to-date with airline rules, policies, and promotional fares.Follow company compliance and quality guidelines.Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1–3 years of experience in US travel sales (flight sales required).Strong knowledge of GDS platforms like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.Excellent communication skills with a clear and fluent accent.Proven track record of high conversions and achieving sales targets.Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.Must not be involved in any fraudulent process in past roles.Education Any graduate/undergraduate with relevant US travel sales experience.Benefits Attractive incentive structureGrowth opportunitiesSupportive work culturePerformance bonuses
