Job Description:

  • Combining travel, accommodation and services such as sightseeing arrangements to create holiday packages.
  • Prepare the best suitable Itinerary (a planned route or journey) as per client requirements.
  • Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of tickets.
  • Confirming customer names with airlines/hotels.
  • Handling bookings, invoicing.
  • Liaising with internal and external suppliers and departments apart from coach operators, hoteliers.
  • Ensuring agreed service levels, contracts and costs are adhered to.
  • Confirming customer names with hotels.
  • Collecting, evaluating and responding (as appropriate) to customer feedback.
  • Using market research information to create new products from time to time.
  • Producing mailers and flyers from time to time.
  • Marketing holidays to clients via travel agents, websites, social media, etc.
  • Forecasting profits and / or number of bookings / pax.
  • Working with travel consultants from different travel agencies to put holiday packages.

Required Skills:

· Bachelor`s degree in business or a related field.

· A demonstrable interest in travel, knowledge of key holiday destinations in UAE.

· Good time management skills.

· Proven experience in B2B sales and sales management.

· Excellent communication skill and negotiation skills.

· Analytical and data – driven approaches to sales.

· A track record of meeting and exceeding sales target.

· Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
