Role Description Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and sales forecasting. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to enhance client satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, using this information to adjust sales strategies and optimize performance. Track and analyse sales metrics, preparing regular reports on team performance, market conditions, and business development activities for senior management. Manage day-to-day operations of the sales team, including setting goals, delegating tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to expand the company's reach and drive revenue growth. Qualifications Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Target Achievement skills Experience in promoting and selling high-end properties Excellent communication and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus Previous experience in real estate Industry.
