Important responsibilities in this role will include:
- Identify relevant standards and conduct a technical analysis of the standards to identify evidence of usage
- Rate / rank patents based on similarities and / or differences identified with the relevant standards
- Prepare EOUs / claim charts based on the standards identified
- Conduct comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools to identify patents relevant to telecommunications and WiFi standards.
- Review the work of other team members and handle client communication
- Mentor research and senior research associates and be responsible for their career management and performance evaluation
- Handle key client accounts independently
- Responsible for the overall quality and delivery of project reports
- Maintain the team’s productivity and utilization data
Skills we’re looking for:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in electronics and communication, signal processing, or telecommunication with 3-5 years of relevant / industry experience
- Extensive understanding of telecom standards such as Wi-Fi / LTE / 5G.
- At least four years of experience in conducting invalidation searches or standard essentiality analysis in the domains of Wi-Fi / LTE / 5G SEPs
- Conduct comprehensive patent searches using various databases and tools to identify patents relevant to telecommunications and WiFi standards.
