Salesforce System Analyst

We are seeking a observability expert with experience in Datadog, Splunk and Gitlab. Experience - 5+ years Design and maintain observability dashboards and alerting systems using Splunk and Datadog. Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and usage trends. Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to support incident response and root cause analysis. Manage and execute Salesforce deployment activities using GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including metadata versioning, validation, and promotion across environments. Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and Salesforce teams to ensure deployment quality and system visibility. Optimize data ingestion and retention strategies for observability tools. Document deployment processes, observability standards, and troubleshooting guides Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience: (optional) Experience with Splunk (search queries, dashboards, alerts) and Datadog (APM, infrastructure monitoring). Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment using GitLab, including CI/CD pipeline configuration and metadata management. Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control best practices. Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent Expertise in writing technical requirements and documentation Proven experience with application configuration Proven experience with system/application implementation Coaching and mentoring skills, especially influencing others to move toward a common goal or vision.
