As part of our further expansion and growth plans, we are looking to hire an aggressive and dynamic Marketing Professional who will assume the role of Head of B2 B Sales & Marketing responsibility for the Emerging Markets for our Finished Formulations Business. This position is based at our Corporate Office at Nariman Point in Mumbai and will report to the MD. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the incumbent’s professional experience and will be in line with market standards. Essential skills and experience: The incumbent must have at least 15 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a minimum of 6-8 years’ experience handling business development and marketing across the Emerging market. Specifically, the incumbent will be responsible for: End-to-end business development, out-licensing and marketing across Emerging markets including new lead generation, alliance management, out-licensing and commercializing UMEDICA’s product portfolio. Market intelligence and competitor mapping. Driving sales to achieve targets and ensuring a healthy P&L for the regional countries. Liaising with clients to ensure optimum inventory levels are maintained to ensure optimum sales are achieved. Analysing data, preparing business forecasts or sales and profitability forecasts, for example: analysis of export data / IMS data. Fostering the development and providing guidance to drive the overall performance of the Emerging Market sales& marketing team. Incumbent should possess Strong Leadership Qualities.
