Document and track customer interactions and resolutions. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent support. Continuously improve support processes and tools. Requirements 4+ years of experience in customer support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with support tools and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
