Manager – Admin & PA

Working model: Primarily remote, with occasional on-site presence required for shoots, events, or travel preparations.
Days: Monday to Friday
Timings: 10:0am - 7:00pm
Budget: 5-7 LPA (depending on experience)
Experience: 3+ years
We’re seeking someone with strong organizational skills, drive, and a passion for execution. You’re proactive, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. If you’re detail-oriented, dedicated, and ready to be the key point of contact in supporting a creative team with energy and efficiency, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
Administrative tasks:
Maintain and update the calendar, including appointments, events, and deadlines and handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as the primary point of contact for brands, agencies, and team members when required.
Liaise with brands and PR teams to organize and track incoming and outgoing gifts, ensuring timely acknowledgments.
Organize deliveries, pickups, and returns for PR packages, personal items, and brand products
Maintain an updated contact directory of makeup artists, hair stylists, and brands for quick reference and sourcing.
Provide support to a broader team for large-scale activities, events, or special projects.
Travel shoots & event preparation:
Pack and prepare outfits, accessories, and other essentials for travel, shoots and events.
Source items needed for upcoming shoots, events, or personal use.
Book flights, accommodation, and transportation as required.
Assist in the planning and execution of events, shoots and meetings.
Act as a liaison between Masoom and team members, clients, and external contacts.
Research & Business Support:
Conduct research as needed to gather information for decision-making and strategic planning. Stay updated on industry trends and recommend opportunities for collaborations and campaigns.
Monitor and forward emails from the influencer's account and your own professional account.
Ensure timely responses and escalate important correspondence.
Qualities we are looking for:
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with collaboration tools.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Flexibility to attend shoots, events, and assist with travel preparations.
Ability to work remotely and independently, managing your time effectively.
