Job Description: Marketing Executive
Location: Mumbai, Andheri East
Experience: 2-3 years
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Company: Educational Institution
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Week Off: Sunday (fixed)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPC, CTR, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
Create and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns.
Work closely with the content and design teams to develop effective creatives and ad copies.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance campaign strategies.
Manage lead generation campaigns and ensure quality leads are delivered to the sales team.
Provide detailed performance reports and insights to improve marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
Requirements:
Proven experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
