Job Description:

We're seeking a talented Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. As a Performance Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and maximizing ROI through the strategic execution of paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and more.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI. Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights to continuously improve results.
  • Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Identify and target high-value audience segments to deliver highly effective campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to achieve optimal results.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular performance reports, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and KPIs.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and create engaging creatives.
  • Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
