ABOUT THE POSITION We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual who will be ready to travel and take on multiple responsibilities in the role of Business Development Executive. You will learn broadly and deeply, have autonomy and freedom, and you will have the capacity to build the foundation of one of Indias great brands. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE Minimum 1year of experience as a BD Self-starter, ready to take on new challenges Persistent and diplomatic Good negotiator Excellent networking skills Loves travelling Positive attitude and ability to work with multiple departments Real Estate and QSR experience is a plus ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES Take a lead role in researching and identifying new business opportunities Able to find the real estate within the given specifications Negotiate with the landlords on any issues Build and maintain a strong relationship with the landlords Meet the prospective landlord on regular basis Negotiate on the best deals for the upcoming sites Coordinate with the Projects team to assess site feasibility SALARY Will depend on experience. Up 5,00,000 LPA+Incentives. Conveyance and mobile expenses covered by company. Job Location Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi and Chennai
