Company Description

Position: Counsellor

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years

Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 - ₹4,60,000 per annum (based on interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide career guidance and counseling to students and parents.

2. Assist students in selecting suitable courses/programs based on their interests and aspirations.

3. Handle inquiries through various channels (walk-ins, calls, emails) and convert leads into enrollments.

4. Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and ensure timely updates.

5. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

6. Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, course details, and market developments.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

2. 1 to 3 years of experience in a counseling, academic advising, or similar role.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to empathize with students and build trust.

5. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

6. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
