Job Title : Technical Trainee (Java Full Stack Developer) Location : DLF Cybercity, Porur, Chennai- India Work Mode: Work From Office (5 Days a Week)   About the Job : Tonik is looking for a vibrant, and ambitious Full Stack Developer to join our growing tech team. As a Technical Trainee, you will work on highly scalable digital banking solutions, contribute to building new features, improve existing systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier digital products. This opportunity is ideal for MTech / MS graduates a top universities graduating in 2025 or 2026 , who are eager to launch their career in the fast-evolving world of digital banking.   Job Responsibilities:   Develop high-quality software design and scalable architecture Design, code, and test new features and enhancements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Participate in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and quality benchmarks Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve platform issues and software defects Contribute to process improvements, automation, and innovation initiatives   Preferred Experience and Qualifications:   MTech/MS Computer Science (or closely related field) student from a top-tier universities (class of 2025 or 2026) Strong understanding of Core Java , Data Structures , and Algorithms Hands-on experience with modern Java Script frameworks: React JS / Node JS Familiarity with SQL databases (My SQL, Postgre SQL, etc.) Nice to have: Basic knowledge of Spring Framework or server-side development Academic projects involving banking, credit risk, analytics, or fintech Exposure to international academic or project environments Prior internship experience in software development or relevant tech roles would be really Great   Who are we looking for?   Willingness to go the extra mile for success.
