Role summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-level technical support to staff and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems.
- Maintain and update IT inventory and asset management records.
- Support the implementation and documentation of ongoing IT projects.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies.
- Collaborate with other IT team members for daily operational support.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT support or related technical roles.
- **Education**: Diploma in Computer Science / BCA / B.Tech in IT or related fields.
- **Certifications (preferred)**: CCNA, MCSC.
- **Gender Preference**: Male.
- **Age Group**: 20 - 25 years.
- **Skills**:

- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
