Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Key Account Manager to work closely with key leaders of the state to manage stakeholder relationships and ensure seamless coordination between the team and various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a knack for effective communication. What You'll Do Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including party members, constituents, and external collaborators. Act as a liaison between the internal team and stakeholder to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of tasks. Represent the leader’s vision and agenda effectively to the internal team. Address concerns and issues raised by stakeholders promptly and effectively, ensuring resolutions align with the leader’s goals. Oversee and coordinate multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with the leader’s vision and priorities. Track the progress of various projects and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensure that the leader’s inputs are effectively communicated to the team and implemented in subsequent actions. Collect and document the leader’s feedback on team deliverables and project outputs. Translate the leader’s vision and inputs into compelling and creative narratives for the digital space. Develop engaging content strategies and posts that resonate with the audience, amplify the leader’s message, and enhance their online presence. Ensure all social media campaigns align with the leader's objectives and reflect their personality and priorities effectively. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college. 2+ years of experience in account management, stakeholder management, client relations, or a similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex relationships. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities. Fluency in hindi is mandatory for the role.
