Associate Director- Business Development (Solutions Sales)

Our client is a Fortune 500, Global MNC Consulting Organization in HR and Learning & Development space is expanding its leadership footprint across Asia, and are looking for a motivated self-starter (representative) to be part of our Business Development team, based in Gurgaon. We are looking for an individual coming from a Management Consulting background worked with senior leadership / stakeholders at CxO level


Primary Accountability: Solutions Sales

  • Be Responsible for new client acquisition , and key account management
  • Oversee a revenue target and be responsible for client development
  • Oversee fee and cost strategies
  • Identify key business segments in India
  • Develop continual revenue from key accounts
  • Introduce new “learning” and solutions into new clients
  • Actively looking for new opportunities to grow the business


Professional Development

  • Be constantly “refreshed” through attending the Organization colloquia, programs and training, and/or access other learning opportunities to stay current on the Organization products, publications, research, and processes, etc.
  • Constantly learn, and bring value to the team.
  • Liaise closely with Singapore and US on latest designs and custom solutions


What We are Looking for :

  • MBA from a top reputed B-School / institute.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in English
  • 12+ years’ experience in Business Development and/or Solutions Selling in a Consulting Organisation
  • Familiarity with Leadership, Organization Development and Talent Management Solutions
  • Experience in Account Management, and especially growing revenue from key accounts
  • Track record of building new business/segments
  • Experience with working across Asia Pacific
  • Passion for leadership development, enjoys challenges and possess good cross-cultural savvy
  • Good business acumen, and comfortable with managing revenue targets
