En tant que responsable financier au niveau national, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans l’élaboration et l’exécution de stratégies financières visant à garantir la santé financière et la durabilité à long terme de l’entreprise. Vous serez chargé de superviser les fonctions financières en mettant en œuvre les orientations stratégiques du groupe, en respectant les lois fiscales, en protégeant la responsabilité, en agissant en tant que partenaire commercial financier, en vous conformant à l'ICF, etc.

Ce que vous ferez :

Partenariat financier et commercial

  • Approche collaborative avec d'autres départements ou unités commerciales au sein d'une organisation pour fournir des informations stratégiques et financières qui soutiennent la prise de décision et stimulent la performance globale de l'entreprise.
  • Soutenir les autres départements afin d’atteindre des objectifs communs.
  • Aligner les objectifs financiers avec les objectifs commerciaux et contribuez à la réalisation des objectifs stratégiques de l'organisation.

Établir et assurer la bonne exécution des routines

  • Définir et documenter clairement tous les processus financiers, y compris les comptes fournisseurs, les comptes clients et autres tâches pertinentes.
  • Créer/réviser les SOP pour les activités financières de routine afin d'assurer la cohérence
  • Identifier les tâches financières/comptes courantes et répétitives qui peuvent être automatisées pour gagner du temps et réduire le risque d'erreurs, y compris le rapprochement de tous les rapports financiers.
  • Établir des protocoles de communication clairs au sein de l'équipe financière et avec les autres départements.
  • Se concentrer sur l'amélioration continue au sein de la fonction financière et rechercher des commentaires au sein et dans d'autres départements sur les moyens d'optimiser les processus et de mettre en œuvre des améliorations en conséquence.
  • Définir des KPI pour la fonction financière afin de mesurer l'efficacité, l'exactitude et la rapidité. Surveiller et analyser les mesures de performance pour identifier les domaines d'amélioration

Leadership financier

  • Assurer l’adaptation des politiques, procédures et contrôles financiers pour garantir la conformité et atténuer les risques financiers et de fraude
  • Piloter le développement et l’exécution de la stratégie financière alignée sur la politique du groupe
  • Planification et analyse financières
  • Effectuer des analyses financières, un suivi des performances et des rapports pour soutenir la prise de décision.
  • Évaluer l’impact financier des nouvelles initiatives et projets
  • Trésorerie et gestion de trésorerie
  • Gérer la trésorerie et les liquidités
  • Superviser les relations bancaires et négocier des conditions favorables
  • Mettre en œuvre des pratiques efficaces de gestion de trésorerie
  • Information financière et conformité.
  • Assurer des rapports financiers précis et opportuns conformément aux exigences réglementaires du groupe.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les auditeurs externes et les autorités de réglementation pour garantir la transparence et le respect des normes financières.
  • Doit piloter et animer le cadre de contrôle interne en accord avec les directions d'audit interne du groupe.
  • Responsable des activités de secrétariat de l'entreprise (avec support externe/interne).

Gestion fiscale

  • Assurer le remplissage précis et en temps opportun de la déclaration fiscale.
  • Assurer la conformité des sociétés Poclain aux lois fiscales indiennes, y compris les prix de transfert et la TPS.
  • Assurer le suivi des éventuels contrôles fiscaux et contentieux.

Gestion des risques

Identifier les risques financiers et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d’atténuation des risques.

Rester informé(e) des tendances du secteur, des facteurs économiques et des changements réglementaires susceptibles d'avoir un impact sur l'entreprise.

Direction d'équipe

  • Construire et diriger une équipe financière hautement performante grâce à la formation, au coaching et au mentorat
  • Favoriser une culture de responsabilité, d’amélioration continue et de collaboration au sein du service financier

Vous disposez de minimum 20 ans d'expérience et managez une équipe financière depuis 5 ans minimum. Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualité de leadership, votre rigueur et honnêteté intellectuelle.
