Employer Branding & Candidate Experience- Promote the organization as an employer of choice in the hospitality sector.- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.- Represent the company at hospitality institutes, career fairs, and professional forums.4. Team Management & Reporting- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.- Maintain and present recruitment analytics and dashboards to management.- Ensure compliance with all HR and labor regulations during hiring processes.5. Vendor & Stakeholder Management- Liaise with recruitment agencies and consultants for specialized roles.- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand evolving manpower needs.
