Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter Manager to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to kickstart their career in recruitment. The Recruiter Manager will be responsible for sourcing and attracting candidates, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future job openings. - Conduct market research to identify trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment software to manage candidate data and streamline processes. Skills and Qualifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. - Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates. - Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
