Purpose
Supports all property operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided. Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the premises. Supports the tracking and resolution of service issues.
Job Description -
Position will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Guest Relations Manager is responsible to manage and lead respective team members to enhance guest experience, curate special occasion memories, handle guest complaints and provide timely resolutions in coordination with other departments, keep track of VIP / regular clients arrivals monitoring and leading Guest satisfaction meeting with other departments.
Responsible for maintaining high quality of guest services, food & services and special needs and enquiries.
Responsible for optimizing handling guest complaints professionally and effectively.
Must have a thorough working knowledge of the operations to include the front desk, reception/cashiering procedures, outlet services.
Must have strong understanding of the functions of each department of the hotel, physical layouts of the hotel facilities, the key personnel and their roles, daily functions and special events, and conventions and groups currently in the house and due to arrive.
Assists Guest Service Manager in formulating new procedures and directives in order to continue improve the Department.
Eligibility & Requirements
Diploma / degree into HM / Guest Relations or Hospitality related major
Pleasing personality, Exceptional Communication (English & Hindi) Guest handling skills, Hospitality & F&B knowledge
Minimum 3 Years working as GRM / Front Office with a brand Hotel / Restaurant Chain
