We're seeking a seasoned Deputy Manager Marketing to join our team at ITC Green Centre in Gurgaon. As part of our marketing department, you'll play a key role in driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

The Role:

  • You will analyze market trends and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth in leisure segments and other verticals.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive incremental bookings, F&B orders, and enhance guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with menu development.
  • Design and manage engaging content strategies for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers to promote our brand visibility and offerings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or leisure sectors.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategies and proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • A competitive salary package of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum.
