Job Summary: The Senior Manager / Assocaite Director - Employee Relations conducts moderate to complex investigations and manages performance management cases in alignment with legal, industry, and High Radius best practices. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of collaboration and initiative, as well as critical and objective judgment in providing guidance, support and recommendations to resolve employee relations concerns and support a diverse and inclusive culture and work environment. Responsibilities Point of contact for employees and leadership for any type of conflict resolution. Ensure timely and compliant handling of all assigned performance management, grievance, discipline and policy interpretation requests. Work collaboratively on employee relations matters such as corrective actions including warnings or performance improvement plans. Conducting internal Investigations on complaints/ allegations of Behavioral, workplace harassment and employee disputes. Maintain accurate files, documentation and follow-up. End to end responsibility of managing the cases assigned for investigation. Creating reports and trends for Top Level Management review Make suggestions to leaders and HR Business Partners on employee engagement, policy or process improvements based on trends. Handle Ethics and POSH cases. Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of records as per statutory requirements. Support interactive processes with employees seeking a reasonable accommodation in partnership with Benefits and Legal. Participates in the development and delivery of management training programs designed to advance the employee relations skills of people managers. Develop and implement comprehensive HR compliance strategies and programs to ensure adherence to employment/labour laws and regulations. Analyze compliance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Oversee investigations related to compliance violations, employee grievances, and misconduct; ensure thorough documentation and resolution. Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries, collaborate with legal counsel and other departments to address compliance matters. Prepare and present compliance reports to senior leadership; develop metrics to measure the effectiveness of compliance initiatives. Assist with ad-hoc employee relations and HR department projects. Improving employee experience in HR areas such as onboarding, offboarding and compliance activities/audits Requirements Experience: 7 - 22 Years Experience Role: We have multiple roles – the final role will depend on the candidate’s experience and credentials Education: Any Degree. Preference will be given to MBA / MHRM candidates Other Requirement: Progressive HR experience gained through increasingly responsible positions within Human Resources with a particular focus on employee relations. Experience in a high growth environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to determine the root cause of issues. Highly collaborative and able to work both within and across teams. Ability to work through ambiguity, think creatively, be flexible and roll-up your sleeves. Exceptional communication skills, including group presentation and relationship development skills. Ability to work effectively with a wide array of personality types and all job levels. Demonstrated history of exemplary ethics and integrity, including ability to handle and maintain confidential information. Active commitment to the identification and appropriate resolution of all business issues, whether they are rooted in business problems or are pure compliance concerns. Demonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibility for projects. Ability to exercise discretion related to sensitive employee matters.
