Job Title: Head – Cybersecurity DeliveryLocation: Bangalore/MumbaiAbout the RoleOur client, a large global IT services organization, is looking for a senior leader to manage end-to-end Cybersecurity Delivery across multiple global clients. The role requires managing large-scale teams and complex cybersecurity programs across the EU and Americas regions.Key Responsibilities- Lead Cybersecurity and GRC delivery across multiple clients, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.- Manage a team of 2,000+ professionals across SOC, SIEM, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Infrastructure Security, and GRC.- Oversee a portfolio worth USD 100–150 million, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.- Work closely with CIOs, CISOs, and business leaders to define, implement, and optimize delivery strategies.- Ensure seamless delivery across onsite and offshore teams and drive continuous improvement.- Handle escalations, delivery governance, and P&L ownership for cybersecurity programs.Required Experience- Minimum 20 years in IT services, with strong exposure to Cybersecurity Delivery.- Proven experience in Tier 1 or Tier 2 global IT services organizations.- Experience delivering large-scale, multi-client cybersecurity programs across geographies.- Strong people management, stakeholder communication, and client engagement skills.- Sound understanding of project financials, profitability levers, and delivery excellence frameworks.
