Job Title: Security Delivery ManagerExperience Required: 10+ YearsLocation: BengaluruEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role The Security Delivery Manager will lead and own the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services and projects for our clients. This role requires strong stakeholder management, technical expertise in security domains, service delivery leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality security operations.Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, delivery, and implementation of cybersecurity programs, services, and managed security operations. • Oversee delivery performance, service SLAs, escalations, incident handling, and operational governance. • Collaborate closely with SOC, VAPT, IR, Cloud Security, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless service execution. • Act as the primary client contact for service delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction and relationship management. • Manage delivery schedules, resource allocation, project budgets, documentation, and reporting. • Conduct periodic service reviews, risk assessments, gap analysis, and improvement planning. • Ensure adherence to ITIL / ISO 27001 / NIST or equivalent security and operational frameworks. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, tooling, automation, and productivity. • Mentor, guide, and manage delivery engineers and team leads, supporting their ongoing skill development. • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Solutions teams for new project transition, onboarding, and handover to operations.Key Skills & Competencies• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as SOC Operations, Incident Response, SIEM, EDR/XDR, VAPT, Threat Intelligence, Cloud Security, and Network Security.• Demonstrated experience delivering managed security services at scale.• Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.• Hands-on exposure to security platforms (Splunk, Sentinel, CrowdStrike, Defender, Qualys, Rapid7, etc.) is a plus.• Understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS), threat landscapes, and security controls.• Familiarity with project management methodologies and ITIL practices.• Ability to manage large teams in multi-client or global delivery environments.• Familiarity with modern security frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls, Zero Trust Architecture, and NIST CSF).• Experience with SIEM and SOAR tools (Splunk, Sentinel, Cortex XSOAR, ServiceNow SecOps) and EDR/XDR platforms (CrowdStrike, Defender, SentinelOne).• Strong understanding of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), SASE, and Zero Trust principles.• Exposure to AI/ML-driven threat analytics, automation, and orchestration workflows.• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and integration of security within CI/CD pipelines.• Awareness of data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, DPDP, etc.). • Understanding of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS), threat landscapes, and security controls. • Familiarity with project management methodologies and ITIL practices. • Ability to manage large teams in multi-client or global delivery environments.Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Security / Engineering or related field. • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ITIL, ISO 27001 LA/LI, CCSP or equivalent.Soft Qualities We Look For • Strong problem-solver with a delivery-first mindset • Calm under pressure, especially during security incidents • Clear communicator and collaborative leader • Customer-focused engagement styleWhy Join Mitigata?If India’s growth is under threat, we’re standing in the way.Every cyberattack, every data breach, every fraudulent claim—isn’t just a digital incident.
