The role involves identifying potential clients, managing key accounts, ensuring product specifications in procurement, and achieving revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Identify and engage potential clients; strengthen relationships with existing accounts.Drive inclusion of company products in client procurement and technical requirements.Conduct product presentations, generate inquiries, and convert them into business.Prepare and execute monthly/quarterly/yearly sales strategies.Review RFQs/ITBs and coordinate with internal teams for proposals & quotations.Report regularly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Frequent client visits & travel to expand network.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree/Diploma (Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, or Materials).Minimum 6 years of sales experience (2+ years in similar industry).Strong communication, presentation & relationship management skills.Proficiency in MS Office; strategic mindset with client-focused approach.KPIs: Revenue growth, client engagement, inquiry generation, product specification success, market intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration.
