Job Summary : The Process Associate for Airline Operations will support various administrative and operational functions within the airline process. This role involves ensuring efficient handling of passenger services, ticketing, reservations, and flight operations while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
Process ticket bookings, cancellations, and changes. Ensure accurate entry of passenger information and fare details.
Address passenger inquiries and resolve issues related to bookings, flight schedules, and service requests.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and generate reports as required by management.
Date: Every week Monday to Friday (Walk-in)
Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST
Venue: 2nd Floor, Hoshangabad Rd, Bawaria Kalan, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462026

Experience required- 0-4 years
Qualification- Graduate freshers or experienced both can apply.
