Job Description: HR Executive
Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a street-smart, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role & perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think on their feet, and handles challenges with confidence. The role involves a blend of administrative responsibilities , HR activities , and assisting the CEO, Director & HR Head . If you’re resourceful, adaptable, and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
Manage daily office operations, including organizing files, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
Oversee inventory and procurement of office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff.
Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for staff as needed.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
Ensure the office is well-maintained and functioning efficiently by liaising with vendors, contractors, and facility services.
Monitor and address IT and equipment-related issues in collaboration with relevant support teams.
HR Activities:
Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting employees.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data tracking.
Assisting CEO, Director & HR Head:
Manage personal scheduling and reminders.
Handle occasional personal errands, such as coordinating deliveries, managing purchases, and overseeing miscellaneous tasks.
Ensure the CEO’s personal and professional priorities are effectively balanced.
