Job Description: HR Executive


Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a street-smart, proactive, and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time role & perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think on their feet, and handles challenges with confidence. The role involves a blend of administrative responsibilities, HR activities, and assisting the CEO, Director & HR Head. If you’re resourceful, adaptable, and eager to make an impact, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations, including organizing files, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
  • Oversee inventory and procurement of office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior staff.
  • Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for staff as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Ensure the office is well-maintained and functioning efficiently by liaising with vendors, contractors, and facility services.
  • Monitor and address IT and equipment-related issues in collaboration with relevant support teams.


HR Activities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and exiting employees.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data tracking.


Assisting CEO, Director & HR Head:

  • Manage personal scheduling and reminders.
  • Handle occasional personal errands, such as coordinating deliveries, managing purchases, and overseeing miscellaneous tasks.
  • Ensure the CEO’s personal and professional priorities are effectively balanced.
