Company Details: A renowned Construction Equipment Rental CompanyJob Type- On-SiteQualification- Any GraduateSalary Offered: Up to ₹30,000 per monthExperience- 2+ years in Human ResourceWorking Days and Time - Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM - 07:00 PM)Roles & ResponsibilitiesPayroll- Collect and verify employee timesheets and attendance data.- Assist with the processing of monthly payroll.- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations.Employee Management- Onboard new employees: prepare new hire paperwork, conduct orientation, and set up employee files.- Maintain up-to-date employee records (personal information, job titles, salary, etc.).- Administer employee benefits and leave management.- Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns.- Assist in performance management and disciplinary actions.General Administration- Organize and maintain HR files, both physical and digital.- Assist in planning company events and employee engagement activities.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.- Provide administrative support to the HR team.Recruitment- Assist in job description creation and posting on various platforms.- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.- Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.Skills- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.- Organizational: Strong time management and multi-tasking.- Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.- Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport and handle sensitive information.- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in record-keeping and data entry.- Confidentiality: Discretion and professionalism with private data.- Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in addressing issues.- Adaptability: Flexible and able to handle changing priorities.- Knowledge of Labor Laws: Basic understanding of HR regulations.
