Company Details : A renowned Construction Equipment Rental Company Job Type- On-Site Qualification- Any Graduate Salary Offered: Up to ₹30,000 per month Experience- 2+ years in Human Resource Working Days and Time - Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM - 07:00 PM) Roles & Responsibilities Payroll Collect and verify employee timesheets and attendance data. Assist with the processing of monthly payroll. Handle payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with regulations. Employee Management Onboard new employees: prepare new hire paperwork, conduct orientation, and set up employee files. Maintain up-to-date employee records (personal information, job titles, salary, etc.). Administer employee benefits and leave management. Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Assist in performance management and disciplinary actions. General Administration Organize and maintain HR files, both physical and digital. Assist in planning company events and employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Provide administrative support to the HR team. Recruitment Assist in job description creation and posting on various platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates. Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters. Skills Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills. Organizational: Strong time management and multi-tasking. Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Interpersonal: Ability to build rapport and handle sensitive information. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in record-keeping and data entry. Confidentiality: Discretion and professionalism with private data. Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in addressing issues. Adaptability: Flexible and able to handle changing priorities. Knowledge of Labor Laws: Basic understanding of HR regulations.
