Company Description

Marathon Realty has been shaping the Mumbai skyline for over 54 years with more than 100 projects completed. Currently, we are constructing several townships, affordable housing projects, ultra-luxury skyscrapers, small offices, and large business centers in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR). Our ongoing projects are located in key areas such as Lower Parel, Byculla, Mulund, Bhandup, Dombivli, and Panvel.

Role Description

* Collect and verify attendance, leave, and salary data.

* Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

* Ensure statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.) are correctly applied and filed.

* Maintain employee payroll records and master data.

* Coordinate with HR for new joiner, exit, and salary change inputs.

* Handle employee queries related to salary, taxes, and payslips.

* Assist in full & final settlements.

* Generate payroll reports and support audits.

* Liaise with Finance for salary disbursements

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

* 13 years of experience in payroll processing or similar HR operations

* Knowledge of labor laws and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)

* Experience with payroll software/tools

* Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
