Headquartered in Jaipur, India's jewellery hub, Derewala has expanded its global footprint, serving esteemed clients in over 30 countries across 6 continents.Key Responsibilities:Assist in Production Planning: Collaborate with the Production GM to develop and implement production schedules and strategies to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.Monitor Production Processes: Oversee daily production activities to ensure that processes are running smoothly, identifying any issues and troubleshooting as needed.Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards through regular inspections and audits. Implement corrective actions when necessary.Team Management: Supervise and support production staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and productivity. Foster a positive team environment.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, assisting in inventory planning and management to prevent shortages or excess.Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety in the workplace by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and conducting regular safety audits.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements. Participate in initiatives aimed at reducing waste and increasing productivity.Reporting: Assist in preparing production reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to the Production GM for informed decision-making.Qualifications:Education: B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Salary budget - up to 8.40 Lacs
