Key Responsibilities: Assist in Production Planning: Collaborate with the Production GM to develop and implement production schedules and strategies to optimize workflow and meet deadlines. Monitor Production Processes: Oversee daily production activities to ensure that processes are running smoothly, identifying any issues and troubleshooting as needed. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards through regular inspections and audits. Implement corrective actions when necessary. Team Management: Supervise and support production staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and productivity. Foster a positive team environment. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, assisting in inventory planning and management to prevent shortages or excess. Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety in the workplace by ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and conducting regular safety audits. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancements. Participate in initiatives aimed at reducing waste and increasing productivity. Reporting: Assist in preparing production reports, analyzing data, and providing insights to the Production GM for informed decision-making. Qualifications: Education: B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Salary budget - up to 8.40 Lacs
