Responsibilities: - Managing Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) installations, including panel mounting, cable routing, earthing, and lighting systems Supervised installation and termination of PCS (Power Conversion System) panels including AC/DC interfaces. Installed and interconnected battery racks/cabinets, maintaining proper polarity and busbar connections. Carried out DC cable termination between battery banks and PCS as per schematic layout. Supported in system energization, configuration, and functional testing of PCS and battery units. Ensured adherence to safety protocols, earthing, and insulation checks throughout the installation process. Responsible for the AC & DC Cable Trench work. Responsible for the PSS& ICR construction work. Responsible for the Inverter Installation Work Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Diploma with 4yrs to 8 Yrs Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills Strong written and verbal communication
