Job Description Responsibilities: - - Managing Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) installations, including panel mounting, cable routing, earthing, and lighting systems - Supervised installation and termination of PCS (Power Conversion System) panels including AC/DC interfaces. - Installed and interconnected battery racks/cabinets, maintaining proper polarity and busbar connections. - Carried out DC cable termination between battery banks and PCS as per schematic layout. - Supported in system energization, configuration, and functional testing of PCS and battery units. - Ensured adherence to safety protocols, earthing, and insulation checks throughout the installation process. - Responsible for the AC & DC Cable Trench work. - Responsible for the PSS& ICR construction work. - Responsible for the Inverter Installation Work Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Diploma with 4yrs to 8 Yrs - Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills - Strong written and verbal communication
