Responsibilities: -- Managing Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) installations, including panel mounting, cable routing, earthing, and lighting systems- Supervised installation and termination of PCS (Power Conversion System) panels including AC/DC interfaces.- Installed and interconnected battery racks/cabinets, maintaining proper polarity and busbar connections.- Carried out DC cable termination between battery banks and PCS as per schematic layout.- Supported in system energization, configuration, and functional testing of PCS and battery units.- Ensured adherence to safety protocols, earthing, and insulation checks throughout the installation process.- Responsible for the AC & DC Cable Trench work.- Responsible for the PSS& ICR construction work.- Responsible for the Inverter Installation WorkQualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Diploma with 4yrs to 8 Yrs- Strong problem solving, technical, math and science skills- Strong written and verbal communication
