We are looking to hire a Business Development Executive with a keen interest in Sales and Outreach initiatives and having a long-term vision and attitude to make a mark. This is a Full-time in-office role and this professional will be responsible for managing, expanding and growing our sales and outreach efforts (for our creative services) with a prime focus on international markets.
Roles & Responsibilities
In-depth research for potential client lists and data across our interest categories.
Create strategies and steps for the outreach initiative and conversion processes.
Outreach potential leads through various mediums and platforms.
Regularly engage with the core team and the clientele to increase the conversion ratio through optimizations.
Work on milestones and objectives to deliver growth.
Preferred candidate profile
Interest Profile
Keen interest in Sales, Business Development & Growth
Interest in working in a creative agency
Good with research across the digital space
Dynamic content consumer across niches on the internet
Interest in Digital Marketing and Growth Marketing techniques
Preferred Knowledge & Exposure
Experience: 0 - 2 Years
Knowledge and exposure to email marketing solutions and techniques
Research skills for potential lead(s) profile segregation
Well-versed with digital technologies and current trends
Exposure to growth marketing would be a plus
Agency experience would be a plus
Salary
Fixed + Variable ( As per industry standards)
