Additionally, they serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, collaborating to drive project success and continuous improvement.This role also involves project management, quality assurance, documentation, and reporting, as well as staying updated on Salesforce best practices and technologies.Overall, the Salesforce Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in maximizing the value of Salesforce investments and driving business growth.Qualification, Experience & Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst certification preferred- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and support- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and declarative development tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow)- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
