As the Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales operations and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s growth ambitions. Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp, property portals, events, etc.) Schedule property site visits or virtual consultations for the sales team Maintain and update lead information accurately in CRM systems Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field ~2-4years of experience in inside sales, real estate tele-calling, or lead generation ~ Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi ~ Familiarity with CRM tools ~ High energy, result-oriented mindset with a passion for sales ~
