We believe in building a team of smart, motivated builders who are passionate about solving complex problems for our customers.The Role:We are looking for someone who can manage and maintain our customer database with accuracy and attention to detail. The role involves cleansing and enriching data using tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and Google Sheets/Excel, building reports and dashboards to track key metrics, and supporting sales and marketing teams with data-driven insights. This position is ideal for someone analytical, organized, and eager to grow in sales operations or lead generation.What You'll Do:Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Conduct data cleansing and deduplication activities.Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Sheets or Excel to track key metrics and provide insights into customer data.Utilize database tools such as Apollo.io and ZoomInfo to research and enrich customer profiles.Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profiles and contribute to the ongoing refinement of these profiles.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide data support for campaigns and initiatives.Identify opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency.Proactively learn and adapt to new database tools and technologies as needed.Document database processes and procedures.Perform other duties as assigned.Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.What You'll Bring:Graduate with 0-2 years of experienceProficient in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including experience with formulas, functions, and data analysis.Experience with database tools such as Apollo.io or ZoomInfo is highly desired.Strong understanding of customer profiles and segmentation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Interest to develop in lead generation/sales support rolesExperience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)What we offerOpportunity to make an early impact on one of the most promising, high-growth SaaS startups in IndiaFlat-hierarchy, performance-driven cultureRapid growth and learning opportunitiesComprehensive medical insurance coverageA high-performing action-oriented teamCompetitive package, benefits and employee-friendly work cultureNote : Due to a high volume of applications, only the shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the HR team.
