Job Title: Team Lead – Sales (US Shift)Location: Dehradun, UttarakhandSalary: Up to ₹30,000 per monthShift Timing: Night Shift (US Hours – 8:00 PM to 5:30 AM)Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)Experience: Minimum 2 years in Sales with at least 1 year in team handlingIndustry: B2B/B2C Sales, Lead Generation, International CallingAbout the Role:We are seeking a Team Lead – Sales with strong experience in cold calling, lead generation , and managing a sales team targeting the US market . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving outbound sales campaigns, managing team KPIs, and ensuring performance targets are met during the US night shift .Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of 4–10 Sales/Lead Generation ExecutiveTrain, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessionsMonitor team productivity, call quality, and conversion rateManage outbound cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads from the US marketUnderstand client needs, pitch relevant products/services, and set up qualified appointments or demos.Work with CRM tools to maintain and update lead records accurately.Track team KPIs (calls made, conversions, leads generated, etc.) and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with management.Suggest process improvements based on performance data and market feedback.Work closely with the sales manager and marketing team to refine targeting strategies and collaborate with on boarding and closing teams to ensure seamless client experience.Provide feedback on lead quality, scripts, and objection handling.Key Requirements:Minimum 2 years of total experience in international sales / lead generation / cold callingAt least 1 year of experience in a team handling or team lead roleExcellent spoken and written English (fluent required)Strong knowledge of cold calling techniques and B2B/B2C lead generationAbility to work independently during US night hoursStrong communication, analytical, and leadership skillsWhat We Offer:Fixed salary up to ₹30,000/month based on experience5-day work week (Saturday & Sunday off)Friendly and growth-oriented work cultureWork Environment:Location: On-site (Dehradun)Shift: 8:00 PM to 5:30 AM ISTTransport: Candidates should have their own commute arrangementHow to Apply:Send your updated resume to ( ) with the subject line:“Application for Team Lead – Sales – Dehradun”
